Copier Service Technician

About the role

DEX Imaging is looking for a skilled and mechanically inclined Field Service Technician to join their team in Brunswick, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Responding to service calls and dispatches to troubleshoot and repair copier and printer equipment
• Performing diagnostics, preventative maintenance, installations, and equipment repairs
• Identifying mechanical or technical issues and determining the most effective solutions
• Completing detailed service reports and technician documentation in a timely manner
• Communicating with customers about equipment issues, repairs, and recommended maintenance
• Managing your service calls efficiently and aligning your work with the daily service schedule
• Maintaining company tools, inventory, and service vehicle in proper working condition
• Following all DEX Imaging service procedures and safety protocols
• Collaborating with the service team and sharing technical insights when needed
• Continuing to build product knowledge through manufacturer training and on-the-job learning

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months to 1+ year of experience working with copier, printer, or office equipment service
• Experience working with imaging equipment in a corporate or business environment
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to customer locations
