Responsibilities

• Using a company provided laptop and vehicle to visit customers
• Conducting technical diagnostics
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Handing hardware repairs
• Aim to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Hands-On Copier Experience: A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in servicing copiers is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked with Xerox equipment.
• Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer operations is essential for this role as it may involve interfacing with digital systems and software.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Effective and Clean Communication Skills.
• Problem Solving Ability: We are looking for individuals who can think creatively and find innovative solutions to technical challenges. The ability to “think outside the box” is highly desired.
