About the role
The Vendor Relationship Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Vendor Management function, ensuring quality delivery of administrative and office-related tasks. This role plays a vital part in daily operations related to third-party vendors, working closely with the Vendor Relationship Manager and functional leadership to provide general support. The Coordinator ensures exceptional administrative support, manages daily activities, and maintains communication between organizations, with a matrixed relationship to the functional operational area supported.
Responsibilities
- Participate in and schedule daily, weekly, or monthly meetings and business reviews in support of designated vendor partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for daily tasks and vendor operational requests, including triaging escalations or researching vendor-related data.
- Organize communication and meetings by taking minutes, responding to chats and emails, and triaging escalations.
- Create, maintain, and update vendor-related resources, including playbooks, performance data in internal tracking tools, and support documentation on shared platforms.
- Manage access and permissions for shared resources, such as ShareFile and SharePoint.
- Partner with Workforce Management (WFM) to coordinate eLearning, team meetings, scheduling needs, and overtime for each department with the vendor.
- Collaborate with the vendor manager, WFM, and Training teams to identify training needs, support onboarding of vendor associates, and communicate training timelines.
- Act as a liaison between IT, business areas, and vendor partners, including basic troubleshooting and logging service tickets on behalf of vendors.
- Provide project and administrative support related to onboarding and implementation of new vendors or contract renewals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-high school education preferred.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred.
- Pharmacy support experience or healthcare environment experience preferred.
- Advanced skills in MS Word; intermediate MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
- Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Pay
USD $22.20 - USD $26.43 per hour.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT.
Remote work is not available to residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
