About the role
As Coordinator on the Vacate Experience team, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll connect with residents and primarily be responsible for the non-renewal vacate process.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with residents during the vacate and lease break process while providing a high level of customer service.
- Follow established internal processes and regulated guidelines.
- Manage a high volume of phone and email requests, while ensuring residents receive a timely and accurate response.
- Cook daily move outs and unit takeovers with the apartment readiness team.
- Coordinate unit inspections for unresponsive renewal offers. Support follow up actions including tenant outreach or legal escalation.
- Additional duties may be assigned by Supervisor as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Willingness to connect with others to keep the team aligned and focused.
- Able to follow outlined company policies and procedures.
- Discipline and willingness to do what needs to be done.
- A love for doing what others won’t and solving difficult problems.
- A desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility.
- Familiarity with Rent Stabilized leases and the DHCRAbility to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Doing any, or all of that, in a multi-family environment would be good too.

Pay
Base Salary: $27.00 - $30.00/per hr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
