We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Job Summary (we can treat as About the role). Essential Duties & Responsibilities & Knowledge Skills & Abilities (that's responsibilities). Minimum Qualifications (requirements). Preferred Qualifications (maybe qualifications). There's also SLCC Information (maybe about organization, but not required). No explicit Pay, Schedule, Benefits. So we should not create those sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. The posting includes some EEO statements at end: "Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) is fully committed to policies of equal employment and nondiscrimination..." etc. Also "SLCC is a participating employer with Utah Retirement Systems..." and "This position is subject to a successful completion of a criminal background check." Those are boilerplate/legal; we should remove them. Also the initial lines about applicants must be authorized to work in US, permanent residence in Utah, etc. Those are substantive? They are requirements about eligibility. Should we keep them? They are not boilerplate; they are specific eligibility requirements. So we should include them perhaps under Requirements or Qualifications. The posting also includes "Minimum Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". We'll map Minimum Qualifications to Requirements (or Qualifications). Preferred Qualifications to Qualifications (or maybe Skills). We need to decide sections: About the role (Job Summary). Responsibilities (Essential Duties...). Requirements (Minimum Qualifications + eligibility statements). Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications). Skills maybe could be derived from Preferred Qualifications but we can keep as Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those exact headings if content exists. We'll include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications. Possibly Skills if we want to separate skills from qualifications, but we can combine. Better to follow instruction: Use headings for those sections only if we have content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (minimum qualifications + eligibility), Qualifications (preferred qualifications). We could also extract Skills from preferred qualifications (like strong written, verbal, etc.) but we can keep them under Qualifications. We'll not create Skills separate unless we want to split. But we can include Skills heading if we pull out skills list. However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So better to have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications. That's four sections.

We need to use for each section heading. Then under each, use
for prose and
- for lists.

We might also include SLCC Information? It's descriptive about the college; could be considered About the role? But we already have About the role. The SLCC Information is more about the institution; could be considered part of About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the organization". But the instruction only lists specific headings; we could add a section like "About the role" already covers the role. The SLCC Information is not required but could be considered part of About the role? It's about the college, not the role. However we might keep it as part of About the role? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should include that info somewhere. Where? Could be under About the role as a paragraph describing the employer. Or we could add a section "About the organization" but not in allowed headings. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should stick to those. We can incorporate SLCC Information into About the role paragraph (makes sense: describing the employer). That would preserve the info.
Thus About the role will include both the job summary and the SLCC Information.
Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce:
About the role
...
ThenResponsibilities
with- ...
Requirements
with eligibility statements and minimum qualifications maybe as- or
. Could combine: eligibility statements as
list? Better as
- .
Then
Qualifications
with preferred qualifications as- .
We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not.
We must not include Job ID etc.
We must not include boilerplate: EEO, retirement, background check. Remove those.
Check if any other boilerplate: "SLCC Information" we incorporated. The lines about "Salt Lake Community College is Utah’s largest open-access college..." we included.
Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The initial eligibility statements about work authorization, Utah residence, address within 30 days. Included.
The job summary details included.
The responsibilities list included.
Minimum qualifications included.
Preferred qualifications included.
Now check for any duplicated lines: The posting had "Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications" repeated; we only include once.
Now ensure we didn't include any placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Now produce HTML.
We need to be careful with escaping any special characters like & etc. Use plain text.
Let's craft.
About the role paragraph: combine job summary and SLCC info.
