Salary

The annual salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $68,000. The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.

Purpose of Position

This role provides administrative, project, data, and operational support for divisional initiatives and priorities. This position coordinates projects and events, manages and reports data, supports employee engagement and outreach efforts, and collaborates with Student Affairs colleagues and campus partners to promote efficient and effective operations.

Essential Functions

  • Captures and manages databases, including cleaning, auditing, and refining data for use by relevant departments.
  • Develops reports from managed data to support projects, planning, and decision-making.
  • Aids in gathering and compiling information across departments to generate reports in response to requests related to various divisional and departmental efforts.
  • Coordinates professional development, staff engagement, and similar division-level activities and events by contacting vendors, scheduling venues, handling communications, and managing related logistic needs.
  • Captures and coordinates donor relations and outreach events, including stewardship communications and donor engagement efforts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of educational and work experience in coordinating and managing group projects, creating and managing databases, coordinating activities, and communicating with higher-level professional staff members, OR six (6) years of an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree with three (3) years of educational and work experience in project management, database management, event coordination, and communications with diverse constituencies, OR nine (9) years of an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and capacity to maintain effective relationships with a wide range of constituencies.
  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday; 8:00am through 5:00pm

Working Conditions

  • Use of manual dexterity.
  • Lifting and moving objects.
  • Uses standard office equipment.
  • 10% travel.
