Job Overview
The Department of Radiology at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine is seeking a Coordinator, Special Projects & Programs to drive strategic initiatives.
Essential Functions
- Drive the planning, execution, and ongoing management of projects and programs
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively
- Track progress, analyze outcomes, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or course correction
- Support Research, Development & Innovation (RDI) programs and help advance new and emerging initiatives
- Serve as a central point of coordination and communication among internal teams and external partners
- Contribute to project development discussions, bringing organization, insight, and follow-through to complex initiatives
- Create and manage technical content, promotional materials, and program-related communications
- Aid in developing and monitoring budgets associated with assigned projects and programs
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement
- At least one (1) year of experience coordinating projects and/or programs, preferably in a complex or fast-paced environment
Additional Qualifications
- Considered Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey and data collection tools
