About the role

The Special Education Coordinator position is responsible for providing support to school staff members in relation to special education. Specifically, the coordinator is responsible for compiling and analyzing data and providing support to schools for complex situations and instructional needs.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze data related to special education programs and services
• Provide support to schools for complex situations and instructional needs
• Ensure compliance with special education regulations and specialized instruction

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of special education regulations and/or specialized instruction
• Experience working with special education students and staff
