Coordinator, Shipping and Receiving

Responsibilities

• Sends shipments and creates paperwork for outgoing deliveries.
• Inspects shipments to ensure there are no damages.
• Verifies shipments per order requirements.
• Makes outbound shipments outside the US contiguous border.
• Investigates problems and resolves discrepancies.
• Lables shipments prior to loading.
• Trains new teammates in shipping department.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4 or more years’ experience in a shipping department.
• 2 or more years’ experience in a distribution environment.
• Experience shipping outside the US contiguous border is preferred.
• Strong math and documentation abilities.

• Read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.

• Pay rate: $20.00 to $20.25 per hour.

Pay and Schedule

• Pay rate: $20.00 to $20.25 per hour.
• Two positions and shifts available: Sun-Thurs 8am start time and Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 3am start time.
