Job Summary and Qualifications
The Clinical Coordinator demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to his or her patients and to provide direction and supervision to other staff caring for patients in receiving Respiratory Care.
The Clinical Coordinator reviews patient care daily, visits patients regularly, makes suggestions to improve care, and becomes involved in the care of selected patients. The Clinical Coordinator organizes, coordinates, and facilitates patient care assignments on her/his department/unit during all operating hours. The Clinical Coordinator performs delegated management duties, assigned by the Respiratory Director, which are consistent with her/his scope of practice and competence.
The Clinical Coordinator demonstrates an understanding of the budget process and staffing plan, implementing cost-effective strategies in staffing and supply management decisions. She/he participates in the interviewing, monitoring, coaching, evaluating, disciplining process and mentoring/development of the staff through on-going education. She/he participates in program development as assigned by Director.

Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiac Life Supt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- (NBRC-CRT) Certified Respiratory Therapist(RRT/RCP-State)
- Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner
- 2 years experience Required

Pay
Hourly Wage Estimate: $33.27 - $51.00 / hour

No Travel Required
