Coordinator, Real Estate - Design and Construction

Hawai'i Pacific Health is a not-for-profit health care network with over 70 locations statewide including medical centers, clinics, physicians and other caregivers serving Hawai'i and the Pacific Region with high quality, compassionate care. Its four medical centers specialize in innovative programs in women’s health, pediatric care, cardiovascular services, cancer care, bone and joint services and more. The Design and Construction team supports the Chief Operations Officer in the oversight of acquisitions and maintenance of Hawai‘i Pacific Health properties and facilities.

About the role

Under the general supervision of the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Design and Construction / Real Estate or designee, this position is responsible for instructing Accounts Payable to pay Landlords and Capital Project Vendors and creating or maintaining the requisite processes for such. Responsibilities include purchase orders and payments, lease administration, and supporting design and construction project managers by independently managing a broad spectrum of operational administrative functions relating to budget, finance, accounting, and regulatory requirements. Provides administrative support to the SVP as required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct Accounts Payable to process payments to Landlords and Capital Project Vendors.
• Create and maintain processes for payment and financial tracking.
• Manage purchase orders and payments.
• Administer leases and related documentation.
• Support design and construction project managers with budget, finance, accounting, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide administrative support to the SVP of Design and Construction / Real Estate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or related experience.
• Five (5) years of finance, accounting, business, or related field work experience.

Pay

Pay Range: 29.74 - 37.17 USD per hour. Rate of pay for selected candidates will be determined by various factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience and training, as well as internal peer equity.
