Job Description In this role, you will: Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure all patient information is up to date and accurate, schedule and prep patients appropriately, ensure valid authorization is on file and obtain all relevant documentation for add on appointmentsCollaborate with rads/technologists to address any issues or changes with schedules.Address messages from other staff, departments, and MD offices.Adhere to HIPAA guidelines while handling sensitive patient information.Address all email inquiries as applicable in a timely manner. We Require High school diploma or equivalentExperience in radiology scheduling is requiredBreast imaging/procedure scheduling experience requiredStrong communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.
