Responsibilities
- Manage radiology scheduling, patient registration, and exam preparation to ensure smooth operations.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, technologists, and healthcare providers to facilitate communication and coordination.
- Verify insurance details and obtain necessary authorizations for imaging services.
- Update and maintain electronic health records (EHR), Radiology Information System (RIS), and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).
- Monitor patient flow to optimize scheduling and reduce wait times.
- Collaborate within a team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered imaging care.
Qualifications & Skills
