About the Role

The PR Coordinator, Influencer will support the execution of PINK's influencer strategy across paid campaigns, experiential events, VIP initiatives, luxe giftings, and creator partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of PR and influencer marketing, helping drive brand visibility through seamless campaign execution, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. This individual will work closely with the PR Senior Manager and play a critical role in supporting monthly paid influencer campaigns, influencer events, VIP initiatives, gifting programs, reporting, contracting, and influencer operations.

Responsibilities

• Paid Influencer Campaign Support & Operations
  • Support execution of 1–2 monthly paid influencer campaigns (~20 influencers/month)
  • Assist with influencer sourcing, list development, briefing calls, contracting, and creator communications
  • Review influencer concepts and content to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
  • Maintain influencer trackers, upload assets, and support campaign reporting and recaps
  • Manage end-to-end influencer contracting in partnership with Legal
  • Coordinate influencer vendor setup, invoice processing, and payments
  • Track campaign performance, creator deliverables, impressions, and reporting dashboards
  • Maintain campaign budgets and influencer cost trackers
• Experiential Events
  • Support planning and execution of PR & Influencer events throughout the year
  • Assist with influencer sourcing, contracting, travel coordination, and onsite talent management
  • Coordinate event logistics, content tracking, and post-event reporting
• Luxe Gifting & VIP Support
  • Support quarterly luxe gifting initiatives reaching influencers, VIPs, and media
  • Assist with influencer/VIP list development, gifting concepts, fulfillment, and reporting
  • Support VIP dressing requests, product ordering, sample coordination, and placement tracking
  • Product seeding & sample management
  • Support custom VIP requests as needed
• General PR Support
  • Manage product orders across paid campaigns, gifting, VIP requests, and events
  • Support presentation development and executive recap decks
  • Monitor the influencer, social, and cultural landscape to identify emerging creators and trends
  • Partner cross-functionally with Social, Brand Strategy, Paid Media, Legal, Merchandising, and Visual teams to support influencer initiatives
  • Provide operational support across additional PR projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations or marketing, preferred but not required
• 1-3 years of experience in PR, Marketing or Influencer Relations role

Pay

Minimum Salary: $77,800.00. Maximum Salary: $102,165.00. VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
