Job Duties
- Captures and coordinates all research and Advanced Practice Provider observers for the Cancer and Hematology Center (TXCH), supporting up to over 50 research faculty.
- Supports the weekly seminar series with invited speakers and organizes 6-8 conferences annually.
- Manages conference planning and coordination, including local visits for invited speakers.
- Coordinates observer requests and processes expense reimbursements.
- Manages domestic and international travel through the Concur travel management system.
- Writes and sends formal and informal correspondence for donors, national, and international observers.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Two years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience working in an academic setting.
