Responsibilities

The Coordinator, Operations and Finance supports System Engineering leadership by serving as a strategic liaison across finance, operations, and process improvement initiatives. This role is a key resource in driving data-informed decision-making, improving operational efficiency, and supporting system-wide initiatives through analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Manages system-wide capital tracking, partnering with hospitals, finance teams, and operational leadership to ensure accuracy, alignment, and readiness for executive review.
• Supports process improvement efforts, identifies efficiency opportunities, and collaborates with stakeholders to implement standardized solutions.
• Works closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, and vendors to support initiatives, provide insights, and ensure consistent, data-driven decision-making across the system.

Qualifications

• Three years in Plant Operations and Maintenance
• Associate degree
• CHOP-B certification
