About the role
The Coordinator of Training/Staff Therapist is responsible for overseeing training programs and providing therapeutic support to staff members.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all training programs for new and existing staff members.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to staff members as needed.
- Mentor and coach staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Assess staff members' progress and provide feedback on their development.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive support for staff.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Valid license to practice psychology or counseling.
- Experience in training and mentoring staff.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
