About the role
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented MRO & PM Coordinator to support our maintenance and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, coordinate, and optimize preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to ensure equipment reliability and regulatory compliance.
- Create, prioritize, assign, and close work orders within the CMMS.
- Monitor PM completion rates and follow up on overdue maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate equipment histories, asset records, and maintenance documentation.
- Support maintenance planning and scheduling activities to maximize workforce efficiency and equipment uptime.
- Manage MRO storeroom inventory, including spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
- Establish and maintain appropriate inventory min/max levels for critical spare parts.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of maintenance materials and services.
- Coordinate purchasing activities, process purchase requisitions, and monitor material availability.
- Track maintenance KPIs, including PM compliance, work order completion, equipment downtime, and inventory performance.
- Generate reports and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure maintenance records and inventory documentation are accurate and audit-ready.
- Support compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education Qualifications: Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. (Preferred) SMRP certification or other maintenance reliability certifications. (Preferred)
- Experience Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in maintenance planning, manufacturing operations, MRO inventory management, or a related field. Experience utilizing CMMS platforms such as SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix, eMaint, or equivalent systems. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment components. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis. (Required) Experience working in a GMP, FDA-regulated, or other highly regulated manufacturing environment. (Preferred)
