Coordinate the capacity building of the Academic staff in the areas of multi-modal course (face to face, distance, online and blended) delivery. Carry out research on contemporary learning design practices to recommend the best for the university. Requirements A Master degree in Instructional/Learning Design, Educational Technologies, or eLearning. Five years or more practical experience working on learning/instructional design related functions including developing content online, working with learning management systems.
