About the role
The primary responsibility of the Office Administrator is to support the Employee Onboarding and Development team in the Employee Onboarding and Development Office. This includes managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing support to the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee records and files
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees
- Handle correspondence and communicate with various departments and external parties
- Prepare reports and documents as needed
- Support team meetings and events
- Assist with budget management and procurement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
