Aim
To provide administrative support to regional executives and system leaders in the local executive office.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the regional executive team, ensuring efficient daily operations of the executive office.
- Cook up executive meetings, events, and leadership engagements, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and expense reporting.
- Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondence, presentations, reports, and other executive communications.
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service.
- Support strategic initiatives, special projects, volunteer activities, and the maintenance of organizational information, including intranet content, organizational charts, and distribution groups.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of three (3) years of administrative support experience required, preferably supporting senior leaders in a healthcare or similarly complex environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, and Copilot.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
