About the role

The Executive Office Coordinator is responsible for managing administrative tasks within the executive office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and coordination of executive meetings

  • Organize travel arrangements for executives
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
