Partner with the warehouse to investigate inventory discrepancies across Retail, Wholesale, and E-Commerce channels, ensuring physical inventory aligns with system records. Process necessary transfers to balance inventory, synchronize Warehouse Management Systems, and track all physical movements with corresponding system transactions. Manage the recording and tracking of merchandise on loan, follow up on outstanding loans, and process required transfers.
Responsibilities
- Cycle Counts
- Maintain schedule of counts and communicate challenges (organizational, staff, technical).
- Communicate organizational objectives to warehouse managers to facilitate counts.
- Organize, perform, and oversee counts with Management and staff.
- Reconcile counts, system errors, and review discrepancies.
- Analyze results to identify opportunities for improved processes.
- Inventory Reconciliation
- Coordinate with Loss Prevention, Sales teams, and Distribution Center Management to schedule and prepare for bi-annual inventories across all divisions.
- Investigate discrepancies between physical and system inventories, report findings, and resolve discrepancies.
- Resolve discrepancies between Local Distribution Center (LDC) and Central Distribution Center (CDC), as well as LDC and local boutiques.
- Investigate open shipments from local boutiques and overseas.
- System Support
- Assist in setup of pick and put zones.
- Organize and maintain inventory in automation areas.
- Resolve failed shipments with knowledge of pick zones, put zones, order criteria, condition codes, and company restrictions.
- Support and back up Inventory responsibilities during peak periods, including:
- Invoice Accuracy Review
- Supply Order Entry
- Document Filing
- Track stock repairs, review and report vendor receiving discrepancies, and file appropriate claims and system movements to reconcile receiving errors.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Basic Excel knowledge.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. following proper safety procedures.
- Clear and courteous communication.
- Accountability, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, develop methods to achieve goals with little supervision, and work under pressure.
- Independence, self-motivation, and ability to work both as a team and handle projects individually.
- Exceptional computer skills.
- Flexible schedule, including overtime and extended holiday hours during designated periods.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.

Pay
$28.46–31.45 per hour. Actual rates are determined based on job, location, and individual experience.
