- Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver.
- RPM Living participates in E-Verify. (We might keep this as part of benefits? It's more legal but it's substantive. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. E-Verify is legal but maybe considered boilerplate? It's a statement about participation. Might be considered legal. Safer to drop? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. E-Verify is legal; could be considered boilerplate. I'd drop it. Also the line about "For more information, see the E-Verify..." drop. Also "RPM Living is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." drop. Also the assistance line drop.
We need to keep benefits: weekly pay, healthcare, etc. Also note "Weekly pay for all associates working onsite at an apartment community" is pay info, so we could create a Pay section. The rule: only create Pay section if posting actually states them. It does state weekly pay for associates working onsite. That's specific enough. So we can have Pay section with that bullet.
Schedule: we have hybrid role 3-4 days a week, occasional outside typical hours. That's schedule.
Thus sections: About the role (Overview + Position Summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (Education And Experience), Skills (maybe separate?), Qualifications (Physical Requirements & Work Environment), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
But we need to avoid thin sections. Skills could be merged into Requirements. However we have many skill-like items in Education And Experience. Could treat Education And Experience as Requirements and also include skills there. Then we could have a separate Skills section only if there are distinct skill items not covered. But we already have many skill items; maybe better to have Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (specific abilities). However the spec says we can use Skills heading. Let's decide: We'll create Requirements for education/experience, and Skills for the abilities listed (knowledge of marketing concepts, skilled in Microsoft Site, etc). That seems reasonable.
Thus:
- About the role (h3) containing Overview + Position Summary paragraphs.
- Responsibilities (h3) with ul.
- Requirements (h3) with ul for education/experience items.
- Skills (h3) with ul for skill items.
- Qualifications (h3) with ul for physical requirements and work environment (maybe two sub-sections? but we can just list all).
- Benefits (h3) with ul for benefits.
- Pay (h3) with p for weekly pay statement.
- Schedule (h3) with p for hybrid schedule.
We must not create sections with filler. All have content.
Now ensure we don't repeat job title. Not using.
Now produce HTML fragment.
We need to wrap each section in appropriate tags:
for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include a section only when posting has real specific content. No filler. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate (EEO, legal, etc). Also remove application instructions (none). Need to preserve all substantive info. We need to map content to sections. Overview: "At RPM, we’re in the business of extraordinary..." Could be "About the role" or maybe "Overview". Use "About the role" heading. Position Summary: Could be part of About the role or separate? Probably include in About the role. Responsibilities: list bullet points. Education And Experience: could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The spec says we can use Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. Education And Experience is requirements. Could put under "Requirements". Also there is a separate "Qualifications" section with Physical Requirements and Work Environment. That could be "Qualifications". Also there are skills listed within Education And Experience (knowledge of marketing concepts, skilled in Microsoft Site, etc). Those could go under "Skills". But we must not create thin sections. Perhaps combine Education And Experience and skills into "Requirements" and "Skills". However we have also a Qualifications section with physical requirements and work environment. That seems appropriate for "Qualifications". Benefits: Company Information includes benefits details. So we can have "Benefits". Pay: Not mentioned explicitly except "top industry pay" but no specific numbers. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It says "top industry pay" but not specific. That's vague; maybe we should not create Pay section because no specific pay figure. Schedule: mentions hybrid role requiring in office 3-4 days a week, occasional outside typical hours. That is schedule info. So we can create a Schedule section. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract. Overview text: "At RPM, we’re in the business of extraordinary. We believe people-first is the way to success which is why we provide top industry pay, comprehensive benefits, and a path of upward mobility via career training and education. Join us and start your extraordinary journey today." Position Summary: "The Client Services Support Coordinator will work closely with other team members to develop and execute RPM’s corporate and regional property operations and marketing strategies and content for new business opportunities. This role can be based in Austin, Dallas, or Phoenix." Responsibilities list: many bullet points. Need to capture each as
Heading
then content. For lists:- ...
...
We must not include any extra text outside HTML. Let's craft. About the role: combine Overview and Position Summary into maybe two paragraphs. Overview paragraph: "At RPM, we’re in the business of extraordinary. We believe people-first is the way to success which is why we provide top industry pay, comprehensive benefits, and a path of upward mobility via career training and education. Join us and start your extraordinary journey today." Position Summary paragraph: "The Client Services Support Coordinator will work closely with other team members to develop and execute RPM’s corporate and regional property operations and marketing strategies and content for new business opportunities. This role can be based in Austin, Dallas, or Phoenix." Responsibilities list: as above. Requirements list: education/experience items. Skills list: skill items. Qualifications list: physical requirements + work environment items. Benefits list: benefits items. Pay: paragraph: "Weekly pay for all associates working onsite at an apartment community." Schedule: paragraph: "This is a hybrid role requiring the associate to be in one of our corporate offices three to four days a week; the role may occasionally be required to work outside of typical office hours." We should also mention office setting open with bright lights etc? That's work environment already in Qualifications. Now ensure we didn't include boilerplate like EEO, E-Verify, etc. Check we didn't inadvertently include lines like "Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires." That's legal/boilerplate; should drop. Also "A valid driver’s license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver." Might be considered boilerplate? It's a requirement but could be considered part of Qualifications? It's about driver's license preference. Might be considered a qualification but it's somewhat legal. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is about background check and driver's license; could be considered legal. Safer to drop. Also "RPM Living participates
