As our new Office Coordinator, you will ensure seamless day-to-day office operations while creating a welcoming experience for every visitor, caller, and colleague. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors through in-person greetings, phone, and email
- Manage calendars for common spaces, ensuring efficient scheduling and availability
- Monitor and restock office supplies to keep the workplace fully equipped
- Submit and track maintenance requests to maintain a safe and comfortable office environment
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including document handling and coordination tasks
Requirements
Above all, you are a personable, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a genuine passion for creating a positive office experience. We also expect:
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office coordination role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client-facing interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and calendar management tools
Nice-to-have
- Experience with facilities management or maintenance request systems
- Background in a client-facing or customer service environment
- Familiarity with office supply inventory management

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000.00 – $56,000.00. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, among other benefits.
