About the role
The Coordinator position is responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the department.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Prepare reports and maintain records related to departmental activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is beneficial.
