About the role
The Coordinator position at our company is responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the department.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Oversee the implementation of new policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support to team members as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or support roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
- Knowledge of HR systems and processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
