CoolSculpting Specialist
About the role
AOB Med Spa is seeking an experienced CoolSculpting Specialist with a strong sales background to join our elite team in the Denver/Greenwood Village area. We are the #1 CoolSculpting practice in Colorado and the region, and top 20 in the United States. Our specialists work under the medical direction of Gregory Buford, MD, performing high-level, results-oriented medical treatments including CoolSculpting.
Responsibilities
- Perform CoolSculpting treatments and consultations with comprehensive knowledge of all Med Spa services and product lines
- Educate patients and provide all-encompassing treatment plans
- Market, perform outreach, follow up, and help expand the existing client base
- Administer and execute all aspects of the CoolSculpting business
- Provide exceptional high-end customer service
Requirements
- CoolSculpting certification with at least 1–2 years of experience with consultations and treatments
- Retail high-end luxury sales experience
- Social media presence and comfortability creating reels/posts
- Highly motivated with a mature and positive attitude and a successful sales track record
- Highly organized and able to self-start
Qualifications
- High school diploma; some college preferred
- Minimum 1 year of strong sales experience

Pay
Competitive hourly pay of $30.00 per hour plus sales commissions and a comprehensive incentive program.
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts as needed, Monday to Friday with flexible days
- One Saturday per month
