About the role

AOB Med Spa is seeking a motivated, passionate, sales- and service-oriented CoolSculpting Specialist to join our team in the Denver/Greenwood Village area. This role is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in aesthetics within a high-growth, modern, and exciting company. Our specialists work under the medical direction of Gregory Buford, MD, performing high-level, results-driven medical treatments, including CoolSculpting.

Responsibilities

• Perform CoolSculpting consultations and treatments with a strong focus on sales and patient education.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans by leveraging knowledge of all Med Spa services and product lines.
• Provide exceptional high-end customer service to ensure the best patient experience and results.
• Engage in marketing, outreach, and follow-up activities to expand the existing client base.
• Create and share social media content, including reels and posts, to promote services.
• Manage administrative and operational aspects of the CoolSculpting business.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive, energetic, and caring atmosphere.

Requirements

• CoolSculpting certification (open to training and certifying the right candidate).
• At least 1-2 years of experience with CoolSculpting consultations and treatments.
• Retail or high-end luxury sales experience is required.
• Strong social media presence and comfortability creating content (e.g., reels, posts).
• Highly motivated with a mature, positive attitude and a proven sales track record.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Creativity and a team-player mindset.
• High school diploma or some college preferred.

Pay

$30.00 per hour plus sales commissions.

Schedule

• Part-time, 8-hour shifts as needed.
• Flexible days Monday to Friday, with one Saturday per month.
