Cookie Production Worker, 2nd shift,| $20/hr

About the role

Entry level production worker position within a leading food manufacturing company. You will perform various duties on production lines, contributing to the creation of trusted brands like Campbell’s, Goldfish, Pepperidge Farm, and more.

Responsibilities

• Manual handling of product on production lines
• Visual quality inspection of product and/or packaging
• Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols
• Performing housekeeping duties to maintain a clean work environment
• Adhering to supervisory instructions and production needs, including rotation across different lines
• Cupping and packaging duties involving repetitive motion (hand, arm, shoulders) and standing for entire shifts
• Dropping/separating paper cups and filling each with the correct number of cookies using both hands
• Regular lifting up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English to safely perform essential job functions
• Must be available to work the schedule: 2:50 AM to 11 PM, including most Sundays

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Production line manufacturing experience
• Food service or food handling experience

Pay

The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $20. Individual base pay depends on work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include additional forms of compensation.
