Cookie Production Worker, 2nd shift,| $20/hr

About the role

Entry level production worker position with various duties on production lines, including manual handling, quality inspection, and packaging. The role involves repetitive motion, standing for entire shifts, and regular lifting up to 25 pounds (occasional lifting up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Perform production line duties such as manual handling of product and packaging
• Conduct visual quality inspections of product and/or packaging
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and safety protocols
• Maintain housekeeping standards
• Adhere to supervisory instructions
• Work on different production lines as needed
• Perform cupping and packaging duties, including separating paper cups and filling them with the correct number of cookies using both hands
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English to safely perform essential job functions
• Regular or routine lifting up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for entire shifts and perform repetitive motions

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Production line manufacturing experience
• Food service and food handling experience

Schedule

2:50 AM to 11:00 PM, with most Sundays required.

Pay

Starting rate of $20 per hour for this full-time, hourly position. Individual base pay depends on work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include additional forms of compensation.
