Cookie Production Worker, 2nd shift,| $20/hr

About the role

Entry level production worker position supporting our manufacturing operations. You will perform a variety of tasks on production lines, contributing to the creation of trusted food brands like Campbell’s, Goldfish, Pepperidge Farm, and more.

Responsibilities

• Perform production line duties including manual handling of product and packaging
• Conduct visual quality inspections of product and/or packaging
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and maintain housekeeping standards
• Adhere to safety practices and follow supervisory instructions
• Work on different production lines as needed
• Perform cupping and packaging duties involving repetitive motion of hands, arms, and shoulders
• Stand for entire shift while operating conveyor belt equipment
• Drop/separate paper cups and fill each with correct number of cookies using both hands
• Rotate sides of belt as required
• Regular lifting up to 25 pounds, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English to safely perform essential job functions

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Production line manufacturing experience
• Food service and food handling experience

Schedule

2:50 AM to 11:00 PM shift, with work most Sundays

Pay

Starting rate of $20 per hour for this full-time, hourly position. Individual base pay depends on work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total compensation may include additional forms of pay.
