Cookie Flex Operator, 2nd shift, $22.65/hr

Responsibilities
- Replace operators for vacations or absences as assigned for cookie processing, packaging, and robotics teams and other positions as needed (scheduling order follows Relief bid holders).
- When not needed for bid position coverage, perform production worker duties and meet cupping standards.
- Set up, operate, and adjust all machines in a safe and productive manner.
- Perform heavy lifting as required.
- Maintain clean work areas and complete proper paperwork and data entry.
- Work in other areas when product runs or schedule changes do not require this position.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
- Comply with food safety procedures and follow plant GMPs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of the role.
- Must be available for swing shift and work most Sundays.
Qualifications
- Preferred (not required): Production line manufacturing experience or food service and food handling experience.
Pay
The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $22.65. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
