About the role

As a Cookie Production Worker, you will help create high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment by supporting production, packaging, and quality processes. Your commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork will help ensure products are manufactured efficiently while meeting customer expectations and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of production line duties to support manufacturing operations.
  • Manually handle products throughout the production and packaging process.
  • Conduct visual inspections of products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety requirements, and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area through proper housekeeping practices.
  • Follow all safety procedures and supervisory instructions.
  • Support different production lines and work areas based on operational needs.
  • Perform cupping and packaging responsibilities in a conveyor belt production environment.
  • Separate and place paper cups while accurately filling each cup with the required number of cookies.
  • Rotate work positions and sides of the production line as assigned.
  • Meet production, quality, and safety expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform repetitive hand, arm, and shoulder movements throughout the shift.
  • Assist with additional production and packaging duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English to safely perform job duties.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand, arm, and shoulder movements.
  • Ability to use both hands effectively while performing production tasks.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to follow GMPs, food safety standards, and workplace safety requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow work instructions.

Qualifications

  • One year of manufacturing or production experience.
  • Previous production line manufacturing experience.
  • Food service or food handling experience.
  • Experience in food manufacturing or packaging operations.
  • Familiarity with conveyor-based production environments.
  • Experience performing visual quality inspections.
  • Ability to adapt to changing production schedules and work assignments.

Work Environment

  • Manufacturing and food production environment.
  • Conveyor belt production setting requiring repetitive motions.
  • Standing for the duration of the shift.
  • Frequent use of hands, arms, and shoulders.
  • Regular lifting up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • May be assigned to different production lines based on business needs.
  • Schedule may include early morning hours and regular Sunday work.

Pay

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule

Shift: 1st Shift 6:50AM-3:00PM
