Production Worker - 1st Shift

Qualifications

• 1st shift
• Ability to adhere to Company policies and procedures
• Perform job duties according to standards set for safety, quality, and processing speeds
• At least 18 years of age
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Willing to work in a variety of conditions: hot, cold, wet, and noisy
• Willing and able to work around industrial equipment
• Able to stand for several hours, lift/push/pull up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive use of arms, wrists, and hands
• Flexibility to work in other departments and positions as needed due to production and staffing demands

Requirements

• Strong work history with demonstrated ability to dedicate to a job
• Previous poultry production experience OR previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
• 6–12 months of work history required
