Role
Assists Executive Chef/Dining Services Director in the preparation of meals and provides excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals for residents, associates, and visitors.
- Aid in the coordination of effective communication among dining team and resident assistants.
- Collaborate with the Connections Director and the Director of Sales and Marketing in the planning and execution of special events.
- Maintain necessary records and complete administrative paperwork as required.
- Comply with established safety regulations, including fire protection, infection control, and equipment safety.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma and experience in culinary arts or food service.
- Knowledge of volume food preparation.
- Ability to operate food service equipment.
