Cook - Colonial Heritage Club

Position Overview

Colonial Heritage Club, located in Williamsburg, Virginia, is seeking outgoing individuals to join their team as a Line Cook. The club features an award-winning golf course designed by Arthur Hills and offers fine dining, entertainment, and exceptional venues for weddings and special events.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
• Help achieve ongoing guest satisfaction and team goals
• Prep food items ahead of time as requested
• Return unused food items to designated storage areas
• Auxiliary in correcting food cost problems
• Date and rotate perishables according to standards
• Check par levels for shift use and prepare accordingly
• Receive and unpack items from food vendors

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license required
• Minimum of two (2) years restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
