Responsibilities
- Preparation and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for patients according to the approved menu cycle and production sheets.
- Position is PRN and could move into fulltime if a position becomes available.
Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Two (2) years’ experience preferred in quantity cooking (catering).
- Basic knowledge of modified diets.
- Training in food service sanitation.
- Possession of food service food handler’s permit as required.
- Experience utilizing industrial kitchen equipment and utensils.
