Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food items and baked goods according to daily assignments.
• Maintain sufficient supplies of hot and cold foods for daily needs.
• Affords assistance to Senior Cook in food preparation as requested.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service as outlined by department and RGHS policies.
• Follows all departmental HAACP procedures including logging of all temperatures.
• Cleans all equipment used in accordance with New York State Sanitation Code, Chapter 1, Part 14.
• Attends all scheduled meetings and retains all In-service information requested.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2-4 years previous experience in related field preferred.
