Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items utilizing cooking equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adhere to high food quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain quality and production standards on all menu items.
  • Perform portion control and serve food at proper temperatures.
  • Clean, stock, and restock workstations and displays.
  • Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, and ovens.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
  • Show excellent attendance and meet company standards for attendance.

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with various stakeholders.
  • Previous experience as a prep cook or line cook.
  • Experience operating large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, and ovens.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Pay

This role pays an hourly rate of $23.50 to $28.50.
