We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Fulfills all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
- Remains focused, dependable, and maintains a calm demeanor
- Wears the required full uniform and safety gear
- Adheres to safe food handling, labeling, FIFO, and proper equipment use
- Reports any safety issues promptly and ensures a clean, sanitized kitchen at the end of each shift
- Schedules shifts on time and collaborates effectively with the team
- Accurately prepares and serves high-quality food orders while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Address customer concerns courteously and professionally
- Complies with cell phone and break policies
- Maintains cleanliness and organization in all areas of the kitchen and dining area
- Brings a positive attitude, a collaborative spirit, and a willingness to learn new skills
- Operates with honesty, responsibility, and a sense of pride in their work
Physical Requirements:
- Requires frequent standing and walking
- Occasionally bends, reaches, climbs, and lifts up to 50 pounds
- Requires regular use of hands
- Requires normal hearing and speech
- Requires standard vision capabilities
- Primarily works indoors with moderate noise levels
- May experience brief exposure to weather, temperature changes, wet or humid conditions, fumes, chemicals, or vibration
