Essential Functions

• Preparing dishes consistently and accurately adhering to recipe
• Daily cleaning and sanitation of kitchen - both food and non-food surfaces
• Prep work for all items on menu and event menu items
• Set up workstations

Requirements

• Required for employment: Successfully complete SERV Safe food handlers course and exam
• Attend training sessions and huddles to gain product knowledge and keep up to date on all hospitality changes

Physical Demands

• This is largely active role and requires being on your feet for most of the working shift
• Exposure to extreme heat, steam, and cold are present in a kitchen environment
• Manual dexterity to cut and chop foods and perform other related tasks

Position Type And Expected Hours Of Work

• Part-Time
• Days and hours of work are varied between Monday through Sunday between the hours of 8:00a.m and 12 a.m.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and most holidays
