About the role

Our hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital committed to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery. Every team member plays a central role in providing compassionate, excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Follow standardized recipes and portion control
• Clean and maintain equipment
• Prepare food for patients and the cafeteria
• Stay informed of nutritional services and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• One (1) year of cooking experience is required
• High School degree or equivalent preferred
• Culinary Arts degree preferred
• Completion of a state or local food safety-training course
