What You’ll Do
- Prepare fresh, flavorful meals according to recipes and dietary guidelines
- Ensure meals are prepared safely, accurately, and on time
- Learn residents’ preferences and help make dining an enjoyable experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- Aid with food preparation, cleanup, and kitchen organization
- Support special events, celebrations, and community dining experiences
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of hands-on cooking or culinary experience
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependability and willingness to work weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
