About the role
Riverside Place, our beautiful memory care community in Hoquiam, WA, has a current opening for a Part-Time Cook. If you are passionate about cooking for a vulnerable population of seniors and ensuring they receive proper nutrition, this opportunity might be for you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals for seniors in a memory care community
- Ensure proper nutrition and dietary needs are met
Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Must have a valid Food Handler's License
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Previous experience as a busboy, washer, waiter, cook, or relevant work experience preferred
- Must be physically able to stand and move during the length of shift; able to bend and kneel through shift; able to lift to 30 pounds or more

Pay
$18-$20 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
