Manage and maintain kitchen equipment and service logs
Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs
Oversee temperature logs and physical-environment safety checks
Partner with Facilities & Operations Director for inspections
Support survey readiness and sanitation compliance
Participate in daily food prep, meal service, and cleaning
Qualifications
- Experience with commercial kitchen equipment preferred
- ServeSafe Certification (or within 6 months)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs + and manage repair coordination
- Strong organizational and safety-minded approach
