About the role
Join our Award Winning team at WellBridge of Grand Blanc! Bronze Quality Award Winners! Our cooks prepare amazing and nourishing meals for our guests and ensure the highest quality standards of food service and the best culinary experience are provided at all times. They work closely with the Executive Chef to create and review menus, prepare food, and ensure the meals are prepared in accordance with established portion control procedures, sanitary regulations, and established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations
- Cook meals according to established portion control procedures, sanitary regulations, and established policies and procedures
- Coordinate food production to coincide with meal serving times ensuring excellence in quality, temperature and appearance are achieved
- Auxiliary duties may include tray line setup and plate assembly
- Auxiliary duties may include daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Computer Skills
- At least 2 years of related food experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility, with strong knowledge of food procedures

Schedule
- 8 hour shifts
- Part Time and Positions available
- Days or Afternoon Shifts available - no late nights!
