Cook - Intermediate Line

About the role

The intermediate line cook position at Hyatt Centric Midtown Atlanta is looking for candidates with refined verbal communication skills, 2 years of previous line experience, and a culinary degree or related hotel experience. The ideal candidate should be able to perform basic cooking skills, work single station in the kitchen, and have a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work single stations in the kitchen under significant supervision and training.
• Show proficiency in cooking ingredients and procedures.
• Provide efficient service and meaningful experiences to guests.

Requirements

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• 2 years of previous line experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
• Able to perform basic cooking skills.
• Able to work single station in the kitchen.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
