Qualifications

• 2 years food service experience preferred, 1 year required; relevant culinary education can be substituted for experience.
• Experience in a full-service hospital setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow recipes and prepare meals according to established procedures.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain cleanliness.
