Create menu magic and make hungry people happy. Showcase your skills by providing daily preparation requirements while working together with the culinary team to ensure quality and constancy of food items.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret recipes
• Conduct inventory
• Adequately adhere to standards for sanitation and safe food handling procedures

Requirements

• Previous cooking experience required
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence and memos
• Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to other employees of the organization
• Must possess knife skills, the ability to adjust preparations for flavor, and accommodate customer’s needs in a timely manner

Qualifications

Eligibility of perks is dependent upon job status
$250 Sign on bonus eligible after first 30 days, additional $750 bonus for completion of season through September 30th.
